Cake-Mix-Cookies * Cookie-Recipes

Cake mix cookies are one of the easiest recipes to make. They are great for kids trying their hand a baking. Of all the cookie recipes to try these will be a sure-fire success! It only takes 4 main ingredients plus the chocolate chips if you want to add them to your cookie recipe. There are so many variations. I love Cake Mix Cookies because they are so soft. These Double Fudge Cake Batter Cookies taste like little brownies in a cookie shape. They are perfect with a big glass of whole milk. YUM!

A few tips for making these cookies. The batter will be slightly crumbly. Do not use more than 1 cup of add in ingredients such as chocolate chips. More than a cup will make the cookies fall apart. They are sooooo yummy warm!

Double Fudge Cake Mix Cookies

  • One Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients. Mix until everything is incorporated. The mixture will be slightly crumbly. This is ok. Scoop our batter to form 1-2 inch balls. Place on baking sheet evenly spaced apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes. This will depend on your oven. The cookies will be soft and firm up a bit after cooling. Cool on cooling rack and serve with ice cold milk.

Enjoy!
