These Double Fudge Cake Batter Cookies taste like little brownies in a cookie shape. They are perfect with a big glass of whole milk. YUM!
A few tips for making these cookies. The batter will be slightly crumbly. Do not use more than 1 cup of add in ingredients such as chocolate chips. More than a cup will make the cookies fall apart. They are sooooo yummy warm!
Double Fudge Cake Mix Cookies
- One Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients. Mix until everything is incorporated. The mixture will be slightly crumbly. This is ok. Scoop our batter to form 1-2 inch balls. Place on baking sheet evenly spaced apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes. This will depend on your oven. The cookies will be soft and firm up a bit after cooling. Cool on cooling rack and serve with ice cold milk.
