How do you stretch your tax return?

With 3 kids in college and being a single work- at- home mom I am spending more now than ever before.  This time of year means a nice little extra bit of cash to spend on things week need and some things we want.  I would rather spend it on things we want such as a great family vacation so I'm always looking for ways to stretch ever penny of our tax return.

Cell phones can fall into either of those categories; something we want but also something we need. It also ensures that even though they are on the go and out the door they can keep in touch with mom, be it needing to stop in for some homemade food or to ask for a few dollars cash (because we know they always need a bit of both!)

The Walmart Family Mobile display is really easy to find at your local Walmart store.  It is located in the electronics section next to the other cell phones.  At our local Walmart is it right next to the electronic cash register.

Simply purchase and bring home.  You will need to choose your phone or bring your own phone along with a SIM kit for $19.88. That's it.  You can start with only paying the $19.88 because you pay the $49.88 Walmart Family Mobile Plus Plan bill at the end of your billing cycle.  You can set up your phone right from home.

I love that extra bonus of the VUDU movie credit. It's the same as a new release rental. It's a great little perk for my college kids and a great way for them to have some fun with their friends on the weekend hanging out and watching a movie together.
